SASSA might be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out sassa status check to your high number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office focused on service the area daily. The service point produced for intervention experiences a higher influx of likely beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more resources to empower the servicing of all consumers and increase use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency sassa status said.
